TRAC (Transition Resource Action Center) is the North Texas regional transition center providing services and support to young adults who have aged out of the state foster care system. Auberle’s 412 Youth Zone

The 412 Youth Zone is a safe and welcoming one-stop center for youth ages 16-23, that are transitioning out of the foster care system and are eligible for independent living services or are experiencing unstable housing. The program, a vision of Allegheny County’s Department of Human Services, is designed for 1,500 eligible youth to gain stability and independence.
