(2017) Building a Pathway to Resilience: How the Philanthropic Sector Can Include Social Capital Development Efforts for Transition Age Youth

This research study examined how several organizations in the philanthropic sector in California support foster youth who are transitioning out of the child welfare
system in California in accessing and building social capital (e.g., in education, employment, social connections, relationships, and access to transitional housing). The purpose of this project
was to gain a deeper understanding of what models, programs, and policies foundations are using to support the success of foster youth.
