YouthWorks connects thousands of young people between the ages of 14 and 21 to summer jobs with private, nonprofit, and city and state government employers throughout Baltimore. Participants work in a variety of industries, and gain basic workforce readiness and career-specific skills.

The Stars Training Academy serves as the purveyor of the Transition to Independence Process (TIP) Model.
PCs for People
PCs for People provides affordable computers and low-cost internet eligible individuals and nonprofits. To receive technology and services from PCs for People, a potential recipient must be below the 200% poverty level or be currently enrolled in an income-based government assistance program, which includes foster care.

HomeSweetHome Foundations’ mission is to transition aged-out foster youth and at-risk youth between ages 16-26 into adulthood by providing housing, financial literacy, mental health aid and connection to resources.

Fosterpreneur offers foster care youth and alumni great opportunities to work and make entrepreneurial/ career dreams a reality. We offer employment opportunities, the chance to build workplace skills, training on how to manage money and save, counseling to develop a plan for building a career and connections to jobs and education opportunities to help get there.

Comfort Cases – Scholarship Program
In 2015, Comfort Cases began awarding scholarships to support youth in foster care attending college. Each scholarship will provide tuition assistance tograduating high school seniors enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program.
