The FLITE Center is the only one-stop resource center in the state of Florida that connects youth aging out of the foster care system with a full range of services for a successful transition. The FLITE Center offers education, housing assistance, employment coaching, peer mentoring, and life skills training to approximately 1,000 young adults in over 10,000 visits a year.

Thrive Mentor Program

The Thrive Mentor Program is a statewide one-on-one mentor program that matches volunteer mentors to adolescents that are in the process of ‘aging out’ of foster care and who are in need of positive supportive relationships. Mentor matches are maintained for 2 years and are designed to aid the youth from 17-19 years of age.
