Preventing youth homelessness and sex trafficking by providing free quality housing for age-out foster girls.
Operation SafeHouse with community support, provides emergency shelter, intervention, and outreach services to runaway, homeless, and other youth in crisis. SafeHouse offers youth positive alternatives to becoming victims of the streets.
Haven House Services provides a range of services for Wake County youth, ages 10-23, that are delivered through a number of our physical sites, as well as in the homes and communities where youth live.
At Breaking Ground, home is a support system. Our supportive housing has a full spectrum of wraparound supports that help people recover from the trauma of homelessness, achieve stability, and rebuild their lives in housing.
The FLITE Center is the only one-stop resource center in the state of Florida that connects youth aging out of the foster care system with a full range of services for a successful transition. The FLITE Center offers education, housing assistance, employment coaching, peer mentoring, and life skills training to approximately 1,000 young adults in over 10,000 visits a year.
FPC provides innovative, research-based, interactive online courses, available 24/7 for resource parents. Our courses are built using audio, visual and interactive elements, and are designed by nationally recognized experts in the fields of parenting, pediatrics, psychology, psychiatry, and education. The management and reporting system allows agencies to assign and track quality training.
Transitional Housing (THP Plus and TYH) and additional supportive services for transitional age, former foster youth.
Living Skills Training: AzCA provides skills training to youth/young adults 16-20 who are still involved with State or Tribal foster care. The purpose of Living Skills Training (LST) is to provide training in interpersonal and daily living skills to prepare current and former foster care recipients for adult living.
Fostering Advocates Arizona (FAAZ) is guided by young adults who have experienced foster care. It’s our goal to make sure all foster care young adults have the information, resources and support needed to transition to a new life. FAAZ is for those; thinking about life after they leave foster care, preparing to leave foster care, and exploring programs and services…
