The mission of PEARLS Court is to invest in female girls ages 14 to 18 who have been placed in foster care. PEARLS Court supplies therapeutic care, case management, life skills training, programming, and mentoring.
Restoration and Empowerment for Social Transition or (R.E.S.T.) Center is a not for profit organization incorporated on July 23, 2015.
