Restoration and Empowerment for Social Transition or (R.E.S.T.) Center is a not for profit organization incorporated on July 23, 2015. R.E.S.T. is primarily engaged in interventions aimed at promoting transition to housing programs that provide diverse, multi-faceted supports for youth leaving the care system in its preventive efforts to end homelessness.
The mission of the Faith Foster Families Network is to sustain a faith collaborative that provides resources, well being and safety for families and children impacted by the child welfare system. They offer several programs that support youth aging out of foster care, such as scholarships, job training, and leadership development.
The Open Door House is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Their mission is to provide safe, stable and supportive housing with wrap-around services to youth aging out of foster care.
The mission of the Clarksville Covenant House is to fill the gap between the foster system and adulthood. This Christian-based program assists adults who have aged out of the foster care system and helps them learn necessary skills while introducing them to Jesus Christ.

L.A.M.B’s Place is a non-profit organization that is here to bridge the gap for these youth. Our mission is to provide affordable, transitional housing for youth, ages 18-25, who are aging out of the foster care system and/or have had adverse childhood experiences, in a Christ-centered atmosphere with opportunities for spiritual growth.
Lad Lake works to promote independent living and prevent youth homelessness by helping two groups of young adults most at risk: youth “aging out” of foster care and young adults with serious mental health conditions. Hope’s Path exists to serve young men who have aged out of foster care and homeless young men to build a sustainable life. Built on a foundational belief in Christ, we have 3 pillars we concentrate on: Financial (budgeting, investing), Career (either secondary school or trades) and Personal (Life Skills, conflict resolution, etc…).
Our mission is to provide a “family of support” to homeless youth who have aged out of foster care and other at-risk young people lacking guidance as they transition to adulthood. Movement 5280 is working with local partners to identify ways to safely increase access to medical care, housing, and food services for the most vulnerable members of the community.
