Youth will complete a formal interview for a position at the coffee shop, which will also prepare them for future job opportunities. Once  hired, they will enter begin a 9-month program where they will set personal and professional goals. They will meet with management, case workers and mentors throughout their employment to ensure they are reaching their goals.
