In 2018, Fostering Further began partnering with Licking County Job and Family Services to mentor young people who were aging out of foster care, which led to the Starting Strong programs. RCYC is a safe space where youth and young adults can find acceptance, support, and opportunities to learn and grow from and with one another. RCYC offers programming and services in financial literacy, sexual health education, career and education navigation, therapy and independent living housing.
