National Safe Place Network (NSPN) is a membership association who provides training and technical assistance to youth service organizations across the country. NSPN and its programs ensure an effective system of response for youth in crisis through public and private partnerships at a local, state and national level.
Safe PlaceĀ® is a national youth outreach and prevention program for young people in need of immediate help and safety. As a community-based program, Safe Place designates businesses and organizations as Safe Place locations, making help readily available to youth in communities across the country.
Lighthouse Youth Services is dedicated to advancing the dignity and well-being of children, youth and families in need. The agency is a nationally recognized innovator in services for families in crisis, foster care and adoption, mothers and babies, homeless youth and young adults, delinquent youth, and youth learning to become self-sufficient.
We offer housing, mental health and case management, and community-based and drop-in support services to Transition Age Youth.
As young adults age-out of the foster care system, they usually do so without family, money, a place to live, or a job to support themselves. Hope Haven bridges the gap providing basic living expenses, scholarship money to continue their education, and support while they transition to adulthood.
A housing and mentoring program for young men 18-25 who are aging out of foster care and/or are struggling with housing security and have no system of support. Our focuses are education, life skills, and community engagement.
The Bridge of Faith (BOF) strives to change the generational cycle and status-quo that exists for girls who were victims of inadequate parenting and the results of the foster care experience. Each year we provide 5,196 safe nights for girls who have aged-out. We do not have an age or time limit.
YNHS is a Community Health Services, providing medical, dental, behavioral health services, housing and homeless services. Targeted services for youth includes “The Space”, our LGBTQ Youth Resource Center , and the BESTY House, a residential transitional housing program for women age 18-23 interested in work experiences and/or continuing education.
Sanctuary Palm Springs is a home for nonminor dependent LGBT youth in foster care. The home is a place of safety, support, and self-responsibility where each foster-youth resident can learn the life skills needed to become an independent, self-sufficient adult.
GR24 is located in Sebastian County, AR, and serves as the only apartment-based independent living facility in AR for foster youth – ages 18 & older – with both housing and life-skills training. Located in a 24-unit apartment complex, GR24 provides a safe and stable housing option with an emphasis on life-skills training.
