BRIDGES (Building Resourceful Individuals Destined for Greatness by Establishing Support) is a program aimed at reaching young adults who have aged out of the foster care system or are in the process of doing so. The goal is to provide support in various capacities during the transition from teenager to adulthood.

The Twig Box is offered for youth who have aged out of Florida’s foster care system and are under 21 years of age. They can fill out a form on the website and they will be sent a box of some basic living items that the youth might need.
