The program assists young adults with behavioral health needs in preparing to transition to adulthood. Program supports and services build on the strengths of the individuals and promote their success in becoming more independent. These services include case management, activities in life skills education groups and limited housing support.
Grow Into You Foundation exists to provide coaching and mentoring services to individuals experiencing a hardship, particularly youth and those within the foster care system. These services will educate, empower and give perspective to those that need it most.
Journey House empowers families on Milwaukee’s near Southside to move out of poverty by offering adult education, youth development, workforce readiness, and family engagement. At any given time, about 2,500 youth are being served by Montana’s foster care system. Reach Higher Montana works closely with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) to ensure that these youth feel supported in their efforts to attain postsecondary education.
