As young adults age-out of the foster care system, they usually do so without family, money, a place to live, or a job to support themselves. Hope Haven bridges the gap by providing basic living expenses, scholarship money to continue their education, and support while they transition to adulthood.
Community Care Network, in collaboration with youth courts and other partners now assists these young people by providing housing, Life Skills training, mentoring and counseling designed to address their unique needs and to encourage them to become self-reliant as they BREAKTHROUGH to a new future.
We give youth the support they need to meet the day-to-day demands of adult life. We pay for their Driver’s Education so they can learn to drive safely and legally and earn their license. Youth-led and adult-supported, RYAC provides mentors and professionals to teach life skills.

The National Crittenton Foundation is the national umbrella for the Crittenton family of agencies, providing services and support to girls and young women. Crittenton agencies provide a comprehensive mix of gender & culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, developmentally-appropriate, strength-based services to girls, young women and their families impacted by childhood adversity, violence & trauma.
