GAP Kitchen Culinary Training Program exists to provide quality education to under-employed, unemployed and in-need individuals. We mentor students and provide them with the skills they need to move beyond surviving, into thriving careers in the culinary industry. Young adults aging out of foster care or beginning a career search, and the unemployed or underemployed lacking advancement opportunities can participate in a 10 week culinary arts certification program.
