In 2018, Fostering Further began partnering with Licking County Job and Family Services to mentor young people who were aging out of foster care, which led to the Starting Strong programs. These programs are designed specifically to support youth as they navigate the challenges of transitioning from foster care into their adult lives.

Hope’s Path exists to serve young men who have aged out of foster care and homeless young men to build a sustainable life. Built on a foundational belief in Christ, we have 3 pillars we concentrate on: Financial (budgeting, investing), Career (either secondary school or trades) and Personal (Life Skills, conflict resolution, etc…).
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) at The Center for Youth delivers case management and/or housing services to youth who are living in unstable conditions or who are homeless. The goal of the program is to help young men and women, 16-21, become self-sufficient and transition into stable housing.
