VOC’s Summer YouthWorks program is a work readiness program that involves workplace readiness training and a job placement during July and August. YouthWorks is open to Chicopee residents ages 15 – 22, and prioritizes at risk youth. VOC’s Education Opportunity Center (EOC) assists Massachusetts residents in choosing and applying to college and finding and applying for financial aid.
Launched in 2013, the primary goal of Fostering Panther Pride (FPP) is to assist former foster care youth and homeless students in their transition to Florida International University (FIU), their retention and graduation, and their pursuit of securing employment or graduate studies upon receiving their bachelor’s degree.

The agency is a nationally recognized innovator in services for families in crisis, foster care and adoption, mothers and babies, homeless youth and young adults, delinquent youth, and youth learning to become self-sufficient.
Mission Accomplished Transition Services is an organization that assists millennial students with the transition from school to career, higher education and philanthropic activities by connecting them with people, places and opportunities that will give them access to meaningful careers.
We offer housing, mental health and case management, and community-based and drop-in support services to Transition Age Youth.
The Journey Into Adulthood program provides; tools, resources, life skills training, financial literacy, and caring adult mentors for foster youth living in group homes. Our long term goal is to connect every foster youth in America with a loving caring community and provide quality transitional housing, building a foundation of success.
A housing and mentoring program for young men 18-25 who are aging out of foster care and/or are struggling with housing security and have no system of support. Our focuses are education, life skills, and community engagement.
The Bridge of Faith (BOF) strives to change the generational cycle and status-quo that exists for girls who were victims of inadequate parenting and the results of the foster care experience. Each year we provide 5,196 safe nights for girls who have aged-out. We do not have an age or time limit.
YNHS is a Community Health Services, providing medical, dental, behavioral health services, housing and homeless services. Targeted services for youth includes “The Space”, our LGBTQ Youth Resource Center , and the BESTY House, a residential transitional housing program for women age 18-23 interested in work experiences and/or continuing education.
SaySo is a statewide youth led advocacy association of youth ages 14-24 who are or have been in out of home placement. The mission of SaySo is to work to improve the substitute care system by educating the community, speaking out about needed changes and providing support to youth that are or have been in substitute care.
