The Concho Valley Transition Center is always there to help. We offer advice and emotional support in resolving problems, refer participants to appropriate community programs, help them apply for housing, college entrance and financial aid, and give them limited assistance with in-kind donations and cash.
Operation SafeHouse with community support, provides emergency shelter, intervention, and outreach services to runaway, homeless, and other youth in crisis. SafeHouse offers youth positive alternatives to becoming victims of the streets.
We provide Independent Living Services for young adults (ages 18-23) aging out of foster care.
The Village, a Transitional Housing Program, provides young adults who have “aged out” of the foster care system, the opportunity to complete their education and enhance their independent living skills before moving and living on their own.
The FLITE Center is the only one-stop resource center in the state of Florida that connects youth aging out of the foster care system with a full range of services for a successful transition. The FLITE Center offers education, housing assistance, employment coaching, peer mentoring, and life skills training to approximately 1,000 young adults in over 10,000 visits a year.

Walden programs seek to help adolescents and young adults develop life skills that are necessary to live as healthy, self-sufficient, responsible and productive adults. This is accomplished by providing the young adult with strengths-based and young adult driven case management as well as a safe and supportive setting that facilitates opportunities for age-appropriate mistakes and accountability.
The Arizona’s Children Association support services are designed to aid foster care youth between the ages of 16 and 21 who have or will be transitioning out of Arizona State or Tribal Foster Care. Living Skills Training: AzCA provides skills training to youth/young adults 16-20 who are still involved with State or Tribal foster care. The purpose of Living Skills Training (LST) is to provide training in interpersonal and daily living skills to prepare current and former foster care recipients for adult living.
