The Thrive Mentor Program is a statewide one-on-one mentor program that matches volunteer mentors to adolescents that are in the process of ‘aging out’ of foster care and who are in need of positive supportive relationships. The Arizona’s Children Association support services are designed to aid foster care youth between the ages of 16 and 21 who have or will be transitioning out of Arizona State or Tribal Foster Care.
