Providing youth and young adults from Josephine and Jackson Counties who have been in foster care help transitioning into adulthood. The Independent Living Program (ILP) approach is to build relationships with the youth while teaching essential life skills that prepares the youth to live on their own, with their own community supports. Hearts With A Mission currently serves up to 60 youth in Josephine and Jackson County through funding by the Oregon Department of Human Services.
