Residents of the Carolyn Williams Center have aged out of foster care with nowhere to go or are living on the streets.We offer them a safe, supervised home while they get used to living independently and learn the basic skills they need to achieve and maintain permanent housing. Residents are required to attend weekly life skills classes and set goals with our program manager.
