CEDARS mission is to help children and youth achieve safety, stability and enduring family relationships. CEDARS has a wide variety of services which includes child development centers, child learning centers, foster care, housing and life skill development for aged out youth, emergency shelter, diversion, reporting center, in home services and counseling.
