For the last five years, Lynn Tonini has been working as a consultant, partnering with corporations to build large-scale in-person and online training initiatives for employees in a variety of industries. Ten years ago, Lynn started Aging Out Institute as a side project, originally just a website to gather links to resources that help young people age out of foster care. ResilientMe

Naketa Ross is the epitome of resilience. While statistics state that only 6% of youth in foster care attend college, Naketa beat the odds and graduated from college. While working as a social worker, she realized the gap in services provided for youth leaving foster care ages 15-21. She founded a researched-based, trauma-informed organization (ResilientMe) to assist young adults in preparing to age out of foster care. Naketa is a regular op-ed writer for the Arizona Republic/ AZ Central. Naketa is an elected official, serving on the Phoenix Union High School Governing Board. She is an ASU KER fellow. The focus of her project is on improving legislation to better prepare youth for a successful journey into adult life.
